Fuentes Warns Rubio: Signing Off on Tate Extradition Would Be a ‘Major Betrayal’

On Pearl Davis’s show, the America First host says the Tates campaigned hard for Trump — and that the system is “sort of unbeatable” once the government wants you.

Nick Fuentes says the Trump administration owes Andrew and Tristan Tate better.

Appearing on the Oct. 16 edition of Pearl Davis’s Just Pearly Things, Fuentes said it would be “a major betrayal” if Secretary of State Marco Rubio approved the brothers’ extradition. “Because if he does, then they’re done,” he said. “They go to the UK, and you’ll never hear from them.”

Fuentes said the Tates are fighting extradition from a federal prison in Florida, and that, as he understood it, they are charged in the U.K. and Romania rather than the United States — meaning the secretary of state must sign off for the transfer to be final. “I’m surprised that the Trump administration even let it get this far,” he said. He added that he had not looked into the case in great detail.

His core point was loyalty. The Tates, Fuentes said, have connections to the Trump family and “campaigned for the Trumps and really went hard for them.” He recalled that when he was critical of Trump in 2024, Tate defended Trump as “our guy.” Fuentes speculated the administration may have turned on the brothers because the accusations became a political liability that “might hurt him in the midterms.”

He also described how stacked the deck is for anyone the government targets. “If the DOJ wants you, you’re done because they have infinite resources,” he said. “You can’t run from the government. You can’t fight the government legally with money.” He called the system “sort of unbeatable” and noted that Alex Jones might be successfully fighting back.

Fuentes said the Tates were charged in Romania after U.K. pressure, possibly encouraged by Washington under Biden. The brothers deny wrongdoing; the allegations against them have not been proven in court.

The remarks put Rubio — whom Fuentes has warned is being groomed for 2028 — on the spot. A signature on the extradition, in Fuentes’s telling, would show who the administration really answers to.
