These Terms govern your use of groypertimes.us (the “Site”), operated by The Groyper Times (“we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Our content
The Site publishes news, analysis and commentary. Content is provided “as is” for general information and reflects reporting and opinion at the time of publication. It is not legal, financial or professional advice. We work to be accurate and correct errors when we find them; to request a correction, contact us.
Satire and opinion
Some content is commentary, opinion or satire, and may be labeled as such. Satirical or humorous pieces are not intended to be read as statements of fact. Illustrations may be composites or artistic renderings and are not documentary photographs unless stated.

Your submissions
When you send a tip, message or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it doesn’t violate any law or anyone’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit and publish the material, and to report on it, in any media. We will not publish your name or contact details without your consent. Don’t send anything you aren’t comfortable sharing with us.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, submit spam, malware or unlawful content, or impersonate others.
Intellectual property
Original text, design and graphics on the Site are owned by us or our licensors. You may share links and brief quotations with attribution. Other reproduction requires our permission, except where the law allows it.
No warranty
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
